Panels of Blue Cobalt Tiles(Azulejos)
The Blue Cobalt Tiles (Azulejos) Line follows the traditional Portuguese tiles techniques of the XVII/XVIII centuries and is quite separate from the reproductions or graphic inspirations of those centuries. Use is made of azulejos in free style as a support, imprinted upon with the personal touch of the authors. This is painting in cobalt blue on common, glazed azulejos with some feigned aging of the whites.
